I cambiamenti culturali del nostro tempo non hanno scoraggiato le PMI che, al contrario, sono riuscite ad adattarsi abbastanza rapidamente al cambio di rotta e, soprattutto, all’acquisizione delle competenze digitali necessarie all’espletamento delle attività lavorative e quotidiane.
Non è un caso, infatti, se un buon 80% delle PMI abbia considerato la Posta Elettronica Certificata un valore aggiunto “essenziale” non solo per la digitalizzazione dell’impresa ma anche per il business della stessa. A confermarlo è una interessante indagine condotta da IDC (società mondiale per le ricerche di mercato) e Aruba, i quali hanno voluto esaminare lo stato dell’arte sul tema e le opportunità generate proprio dall’utilizzo della PEC.
Entrando un pò più nel dettaglio della survey si evince che l’utilizzo della Posta Elettronica Certificata sia arrivato a livelli tanto alti quanto particolarmente frammentati a seguito dei numerosi contesti in cui questo mezzo di comunicazione è ormai utilizzato.
Di seguito alcuni esempi di maggiore utilizzo:
- comunicazioni dei rapporti previdenziali INAIL, INPS e Fondi di previdenza (38%);
- comunicazioni con l’Agenzia delle Entrate (30%);
- contratti, accordi, negoziazioni di vario genere (23%);
- fatture e ricevute di pagamento con fornitori e clienti (21%);
- compilazione di questionari e indagini ISTAT (14%).
In generale, dall’indagine di IDC emerge che il 98,5% delle Piccole e Medie Imprese utilizza la PEC in modo continuativo; chi invece fa fatica a sposare l’approccio alle comunicazioni per mezzo della Posta Elettronica Certificata sono perlopiù le microimprese, in particolare quelle appartenenti ai settori dei servizi ai clienti finali (attività creative, intrattenimento, ristorazione).
Accelerare il Business con la PEC
Non solo digitalizzazione, ma anche notevoli opportunità di business per le imprese.
L’indagine avviata da IDC ha sviscerato una serie di altri vantaggi nell’utilizzo della PEC che non si riduce alla mera trasformazione digitale ma si amplia in una moltitudine di altri benefici che spaziano dalla rapidità del servizio (valore percepito dalla gran parte dei settori merceologici) fino alla sostenibilità ambientale (valore percepito principalmente dai comparti industriali e della distribuzione) l’eliminazione della carta e l’automazione di processo.
Discorso diverso invece, ma non meno importante, per i settori della Pubblica Amministrazione, del Commercio e della Finanza che vedono la Posta Elettronica Certificata come uno strumento fondamentale per la transizione dal cartaceo al digitale alla luce delle migliaia di comunicazioni che circolano ogni giorno attraverso questi canali.
Ciononostante esistono ancora diverse realtà con un rapporto non poco conflittuale con la tecnologia (il 60% delle aziende selezionate) ma che, tuttavia, ammettono di considerare la PEC uno strumento valido quanto efficace per la digitalizzazione delle imprese.
