- Gestione delle PEC anche in assenza del singolo operatore (una volta detentore delle credenziali della casella)
- Possibilità di alleggerire il carico di lavoro di chi gestisce lo smistamento delle PEC grazie ad un automatismo che ne permette l’indirizzamento direttamente ai gestori per tematica o per competenza
- Certezza per l’organizzazione sulla corretta lavorazione e gestione delle PEC da parte di tutti i collaboratori, grazie al tracciamento delle lavorazioni
- Possibilità di rilevare KPI di gestione delle PEC grazie a cruscotti personalizzati che rilevino il numero di messaggi per casella, la quantità di messaggi lavorati/non lavorati, il carico di lavoro di ogni operatore che è coinvolto nella gestione delle PEC

Costi di un software di gestione PEC
Innegabili ma meno visibili vantaggi dell’utilizzo di un Programma di Gestione PEC sono i costi indiretti. Quando si pensa all’acquisizione di un software di gestione PEC si pensa al canone che occorre pagare, ai costi di configurazione, ai costi di manutenzione. Non si pensa invece che un programma per la gestione della PEC consente di risparmiare il tempo degli operatori che trovano le PEC da lavorare già nelle proprie agende delle attività, il tempo per la riconciliazione delle ricevute, che viene effettuata direttamente dal software, il tempo per l’accesso alle singole caselle, il tempo per il passaggio di consegne dal detentore delle credenziali a chi lo deve sostituire se in malattia/ferie/maternità … e permette soprattutto di risparmiare perché con un software di gestione PEC i messaggi non possono essere cancellati, né dimenticati, quindi non rischierò di perdere una PEC arrivata o di non gestirla e di pagarne i relativi danni economico/giuridici.
Ultimo ma non ultimo elemento: scegliendo un software d gestione PEC in cloud, avrò sempre la possibilità di accedervi, anche se non in ufficio e anche se non da PC, avendo così la possibilità di gestire le PEC a me assegnate in qualsiasi luogo.
